The Cars‘ biggest international hit, “Drive,” was released in 1984. In retrospect, it was probably the most-appropriate title for a song by a band of that name, though it was the quality of the music and not any cleverness of title that drove its success. It was the third single from their album Heartbeat City. While big overseas, it never quite made #1. The closest it ever got was right next door in Canada at #2, though it logged a very respectable #3 in Ireland and Switzerland.

Following the death of Freddie Mercury, Queen went dormant for a long time, instead focusing on side and solo projects.
Brian May and Roger Taylor eventually got the band back together with Paul Rodgers in the ’90′s to form Queen + Paul Rodgers.
Now comes word that Queen will again be hitting the road, this time with former American Idol contestant, Adam Lambert?
The collaboration began at the MTV EMA Awards last November. What do you think of this pairing? Would you check this show out?

Joyce DeWitt and Suzanne Somers from the 70s sitcom, Three’s Company, reunited recently on Somer’s Web series, “Breaking Through”. They talked about working on the show, their different dynamics about working on the show and how unequally men and women were paid to do TV.
Both women agreed that they had a breakthrough (pun intended) after DeWitt appeard on the Somer’s show. They also talked about John Ritter, their co-star on Three’s Company, who died unexpectantly in 2003. more

In case you are not familiar, the CMT network has a show called “Crossroads” which puts two very different music groups or individuals together for a performance, and many times it is quite amazing.
This one should be no different.
The special edition of CMT Crossroads Live which is originating from Indianapolis for the Super Bowl Fan Jam features country superstar Carrie Underwood and Steven Tyler!
Check out the photos from their rehearsal last night! Looks like a fun one!

Inmates at a prison in Vermont got the chance to get back at police with a little prank that is going to end up costing taxpayers in the end.
The unit’s print shop was able to get the image of a pig onto a decal that will be placed on squad cars.
The decal shows a country setting: mountains, trees, grass, and oh yeah, a spotted cow with one of his spots in the shape of a pig. Click here for more!
